Title: Rose's Honey and Lime Dressing

Yield: 2 -1/4 cups

AMERICAN MEASUREMENTS
2 Limes; juice of
2 Limes; grated peel of green part only
1/4cHoney
1cSour cream
1cReal mayonnaise
1ozGreen creme de menthe liqueur (2 tablespoons)

Add lime juice and grated peel to bowl. Add honey and mix well. Add sour cream and mayonnaise, mix and add creme de menthe. Serve over fruit platter. Makes 2-1/4 cups.
